Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating and maintaining the HRIS system.
  • Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of employee records.
  • Support HRIS reporting and help generate basic reports as needed.
  • Provide first-level support for system-related inquiries from employees.
  • Help with system testing and implementation of updates or new features.
  • Assist in documenting processes and creating simple user guides.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Courses or familiarity with HR systems, HR management, or data management are a plus.
  • Data management: Comfortable with data entry, data validation, and maintaining records.
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in employee records and reports.
  • Analytical mindset: Can identify errors or inconsistencies in data.
  • Teamwork: Able to collaborate with HR and IT teams.
