Key Responsibilities
- Assist in updating and maintaining the HRIS system.
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of employee records.
- Support HRIS reporting and help generate basic reports as needed.
- Provide first-level support for system-related inquiries from employees.
- Help with system testing and implementation of updates or new features.
- Assist in documenting processes and creating simple user guides.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Courses or familiarity with HR systems, HR management, or data management are a plus.
- Data management: Comfortable with data entry, data validation, and maintaining records.
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in employee records and reports.
- Analytical mindset: Can identify errors or inconsistencies in data.
- Teamwork: Able to collaborate with HR and IT teams.
