HSE Executive, Project Monitoring (MO)

We are looking for a dedicated HSE Executive (Project Monitoring) to support and strengthen project-wide safety performance across our operations. This role ensures a Safety First culture by driving HSE compliance, monitoring on-site activities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Implement and monitor project-specific HSE Plans
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, client standards, and MMHE procedures
• Support emergency response planning, drills, and corrective actions
• Lead HSE engagements Toolbox Talks, Safety Meetings, Walkabouts, Inspections
• Prepare weekly and monthly HSE performance reports
• Conduct audits, inspections, and onsite verifications
• Investigate incidents and ensure timely closure of CAPA
• Promote active HSE participation among workforce and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field
• 3–10 years experience in HSE roles (oil & gas, heavy engineering preferred)
• Strong understanding of ISO standards (45001, 14001)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to influence, guide, and engage site teams on safety excellence
