My client is brand that most would be excited to work for! They're looking for a HSE/QC/QHSE Executive who can take on shift work and who is ready to expand their portfolio.
What You'll Do:
1. Quality Control & Assurance Oversight
Lead and manage all quality assurance activities, including inspection of incoming raw materials and finished products, reviewing product specifications/blueprints, documenting inspection results, and resolving quality-related issues within deadlines.
2. Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
Recommend and implement improvement measures across production processes, design efficient quality protocols, and guide production teams to enhance product quality and compliance with standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
3. Audit & Compliance Management
Ensure successful internal and external audits, maintain all required documentation, and enforce compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
4. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Program Leadership
Develop, implement, and review HSE policies and systems, conduct safety orientations and training, ensure hazard identification and rectification, and lead emergency response programs.
5. Regulatory & Authority Liaison
Serve as the primary contact for DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, and other authorities; investigate accidents/near-misses; submit reports in accordance with OSH regulations; and monitor updates to safety and environmental laws.
6. Workplace Safety Monitoring & Culture Building
Conduct daily safety site walks, safety audits, PPE monitoring, and promote safety awareness across the organization to ensure a secure, compliant, and health-conscious working environment.
