We Are Looking For

HSE Specialist to provides technical, analytical, and coordination support to enable consistent execution of Group HSE governance, assurance, reporting, and communication processes.

Your Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Group HSE Management System (HSEMS), including policies, standards, procedures, templates, registers, and document version control.
  • Administer and coordinate Group HSE governance forums, including HSE Council meetings and Executive HSE Reviews (agendas, packs, minutes, and action tracking).
  • Support collation, validation, and analysis of Group HSE KPIs, dashboards, and leading and lagging performance indicators.
  • Maintain high-quality incident data, ensuring timely reporting, consistency, and accuracy across countries and sites.
  • Coordinate internal and external HSE audits, thematic reviews, and critical control verification activities, including evidence pack preparation.
  • Maintain audit findings, non-conformance, and corrective action trackers, monitoring progress and closure effectiveness.
  • Support review of incident investigation reports, ensuring lessons learned and systemic issues are captured and communicated.
  • Support HSE training administration, competency tracking, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the Group.
  • Assist in development and rollout of Group HSE programmes, campaigns, and communication initiatives.
  • Act as a central coordination point between country HSE teams and Group HSE leadership on reporting, assurance, and governance matters.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Senior HSE Managers as required.

Qualities You Should Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Formal HSE qualification or certification preferred.
  • 5–8 years of HSE experience in construction, operations, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
  • Experience supporting HSE management systems, HSE performance monitoring, audits, reporting, and governance processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001; exposure to ISO 45003 desirable.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical capability for data management, dashboards, and trend analysis.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple countries and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and improvement-oriented mindset.
  • Occasional regional travel may be required to support audits, reviews, and HSE initiatives.
