Then come and join our Malaysia team as Hub Accountant and you will be responsible to carry out general accounting operations in all accounting area(s), for assigned legal entity(s) in compliance to Siemens FRG and other accounting instructions and operational controls
Your Role:
Overall responsible on financial statement of entity with low complexity.
Ensure governance of Siemens FRG and CoA, policies and guidelines and internal controls
Deliver closing and reporting services in accordance with company regulations and guidelines
in P41 ERP system
Ensure business transactions are correctly reflected based on the policies and guidelines.
Ensure completeness of accounting transactions monthly
Perform analytical reviews of financial statement
Checking journal vouchers submitted by business units.
Ensure timely submission of internal and external reporting requirements.
Support senior accountants in preparation of audit schedules and preparation of central transaction journal entries.
Provide accounting training
Support in implementation of guidelines and processes
Your qualification and experience:
1-2 years working experience in financial audits.
Experience in general accounting function with exposure to business requirements and interfaces
Experience in working in multinational environment
SAP FICO
Degree in Accounting, professional accounting qualification
Setting high goals for self and others, consistently trying to meet and exceed them
Integrating the customer's perspective when setting priorities and taking actions.
