In line with our continuous growth, we invite suitably qualified and self-motivated individuals to join our Human Capital team at our Kuala Lumpur office.

Job Purpose

  • Identify and implement talent acquisition solutions to meet ongoing business needs
  • Drive and deploy initiatives related to staff development and career progression
  • Work collaboratively across the HC functions and provide back-up support to other HC colleagues when needed in delivering the business needs

Job Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for the business, including new business entities under Navis
  • Identify, select and recruit highly qualified candidates through a rigorous selection process
  • Oversee and continuously enhance the current recruitment process
  • Build and develop strong collaboration and relationships with academic institutions, agencies and headhunters to enhance our reach to candidates
  • Responsible for employment pass/ work permit application, renewal and cancellation
  • Responsible for employment contract preparation, renewal and cancellation
  • Maintain a repository of talent profiles

Learning & Development:

  • Analyze staff developmental needs based on outcomes from CDC sessions and functional/ individual development needs through conversations with the HODs and employees
  • Identify and collaborate with internal trainers and external training vendors to deliver training and development sessions
  • Review training materials and guidelines relating to Career and Development and assess suitability to the target group(s)
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions for new joiners and any other training sessions according to the developmental needs of the staff
  • Keep track of staff training hours and maintain staff training records
  • Maintain a repository of training materials and recordings

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and L&D
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
  • Fluency in English and one or more Asian languages
