About the Job

Provide administrative support in Human Resources (HR) operational functions and processes in accordance with the legislation and regulatory requirements, best HR practices, and established Standard Operating Procedures as well as to establish meaningful working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders in delivery HR services.

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Partners in the end-to-end hiring process as and when required. This includes tasks like coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant database, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment workflow.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Partners to drive and support talent acquisition strategies, processes, and programmes to meet hiring needs.
  • Assist in new joiner on-boarding arrangements.
  • Process staff benefits claim which includes nomination on corporate device and local telecommunication, holiday subsidy.
  • Manage door access request, issue ID tag and provide monthly access reports to stakeholders.
  • Prepare letters for staff movement/ post-retirement offer letter.
  • Arrange stamping of offer letter.
  • Respond and resolve employee queries related to benefits and general HR services.
  • Support in managing the payroll processing and staff departure processing.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

We are looking for people with

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Capital, preferably within the Financial Services Industry.
  • Good communication skills, stakeholder management, problem solving, data management, detail oriented, has keen eye for details and accuracy of information.
  • Good reasoning ability with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated and proactive in completion of daily tasks.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
