Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, performance review, and offboarding
  • Prepare and compile HR documentation for payroll processing (e.g. new hires, confirmations, resignations, leave records)
  • Prepare HR-related correspondence such as employment letters, confirmation letters, and other official documents
  • Coordinate and support company events, engagement activities, and internal initiatives
  • Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and the Employee Handbook
  • Support improvements in HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties (e.g. auditors, universities, recruitment partners) when required
  • Perform general HR administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience will be an added advantage
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and employment practices
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team environment
