Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with the Company's overall business objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
- Manage and maintain HR records, attendance, leave administration, disciplinary matters, staff welfare and other employee-related matters.
- Oversee and administer the performance appraisal system to promote employee performance and development.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate the implementation and monitoring of training programmes.
- Manage the Company's vehicle records, documentation and related administrative matters.
- Manage and coordinate business registration and related corporate administrative matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Malaysian labour laws, employment regulations and statutory requirements.
- Provide HR support and advice to management and employees on employment-related matters.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and people-management skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and administrative skills.
- Ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels of the organisation.
