1. Payroll & Employee Records
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for both in-house and outsourced employees.
- Verify leave applications and overtime (OT) forms.
- Ensure accurate payroll entries, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Support annual performance evaluations, compensation reviews, and salary adjustments.
- Ensure proper execution of bank reconciliations, invoice and receipt processing, and accounts receivable/payable.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all staff levels, including job postings, resume screening, and interview arrangements.
- Conduct orientation programs for new hires.
- Conduct exit interviews for departing employees.
3. Foreign Worker Management
- Coordinate foreign worker application quotas.
- Liaise with government authorities such as JTK, KDN, KSM, JIM, and other relevant agencies to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare and submit Check Out Memos (COM) and related immigration documents.
- Monitor and renew work permits, passports, insurance, and FOMEMA medical check-ups before expiry.
- Apply for housing permits in compliance with the Workers Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act.
- Arrange transport for workers to/from clinics, hospitals, and banks when necessary.
4. Training & Development
- Organize internal and external training sessions.
- Maintain training records and HR documentation.
- Manage HRDF claims and training-related processes.
5. General Administration
- Oversee office supplies and ensure adequate inventory.
- Coordinate company events such as festive celebrations, anniversary dinners, and team-building activities.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fair, ethical, and sound judgment in handling people and situations.
- Well-organized, persistent, and able to perform under pressure.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Computer literate with good command of Microsoft Office.
- Must possess own transport.
- Able to start work immediately is a strong advantage.
