Job Description:

  • Handle day-to-day HR tasks across the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding and performance management to compensation & benefits, employee grievances, and offboarding
  • Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing guidance on people strategies that align with business goals
  • Support employees and managers on people-related matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Offer career advice and help employees grow and develop within the organization
  • Be proactive in understanding the organization and provide advice for process improvement and policy review
  • Build and promote a strong sense of engagement with employees
  • Support the implementation of initiatives from the Centre of Excellence, such as Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Compensation & Benefits when necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field
  • Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
  • Proven track record of providing effective support and guidance on HR related matters
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
