Associate Human Resources in Shopee process the employee life cycle, working closely with stakeholders and the team to drive the business excellence together in a fast paced working environment. We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to help process and execute the day to day HR transactions.
Job Description
- Handle day-to-day HR tasks across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and performance management to compensation & benefits, employee grievances, and offboarding
- Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing guidance on people strategies that align with business goals
- Support employees and managers on people-related matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Offer career advice and help employees grow and develop within the organization
- Be proactive in understanding the organization and provide advice for process improvement and policy review
- Build and promote a strong sense of engagement with employees
- Support the implementation of initiatives from the Centre of Excellence, such as Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Compensation & Benefits when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
- Proven track record of providing effective support and guidance on HR related matters
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
