Job Summary:
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, develop, motivate, and retain a high-performing workforce. The HR Executive also plays a key role in fostering a positive organizational culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment efforts, including workforce planning, sourcing,
interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Employee Development: Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring
competitiveness and compliance with labor laws.
- Performance Management: Develop and maintain performance appraisal systems, feedback mechanisms, and goal-setting processes.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an equitable and inclusive work environment.
- HR Technology: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resources
Information System) and other technology solutions.
- Organizational Culture: Cultivate a positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and retention.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans related to human capital.
- Budget Management: Manage the HR budget effectively, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
- Data Analytics: Use data-driven insights to make informed HR decisions and continuously improve HR processes.
- Payroll: Prepare monthly Payroll
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR roles
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and levels of the organizations
