Accountable for ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience for all new hires, including system readiness, documentation accuracy, and cross-department coordination.
2.Employee Data & HR Systems Integrity
Accountable for maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee records across all HR systems in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
3.Contract & Probation Administration
Accountable for timely monitoring and execution of probation confirmations, contract renewals, and employment status changes.
4.Offboarding & Exit Administration
Accountable for managing proper exit processes including documentation, final payment coordination, system deactivation, and asset clearance.
5.Payroll Administration
Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines. Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and claims.
6.Company Benefits Administration
Support the administration of employee medical insurance coverage, out patience medical, & update information on medical benefit and coverage for the purpose of onboarding staff.
7.HR Compliance & Reporting
Accountable for timely submission of employee movement reports, audit documentation, and internal HR operational reports.
Vendor & Invoice Verification (HR Related)
Accountable for verifying HR-related third-party invoices to ensure accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with service agreements
