The HRIS Manager at Plaza Premium Group will play a crucial role in implementing and managing the global HRIS system for all employees. This includes supporting and maintaining specialized and internal HR systems, services, and applications used in organizations with customized or specialized needs, for a unified Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The primary focus of this role is to ensure the successful rollout of the HRIS . The HRIS Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, manage project timelines, and provide ongoing support to users of the HRMS system. The HRIS Manager is in charge of maintaining the system, implementing (process) improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing and reporting on the data in the HRIS.

What you'll be doing -

  • Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirements
  • Evaluate HR systems to identify points of improvement as well as active participation in RFPs
  • Implement process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiencies and the user experience with the system and this includes process improvement and system optimization within the HRMS system.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the system used in the organization
  • Serve as a system administrator for HR systems and applications
  • Ensuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms
  • Work with HR Leads and IT to maintain and improve the HRIS, including configuration, end user access, security, and system efficiency
  • Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS
  • Leading the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a global HRIS system for Plaza Premium Group.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to oversee the installation and implementation of the HRIS systems, like Human Resources and IT to identify system requirements, perform system testing, and provide support during the integration process as well as develop technology solutions that help to streamline and automate (new) HR processes.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets for the HRMS implementation.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the HRMS system.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise and keep all systems current.
  • Providing training and support to HR and other users of the HRMS system on an ongoing basis, and acting as the champion globally.
  • Possess the analytical skills necessary to evaluate HR data and work with HR People Analytics and HRBP for creating reports as required from HRIS, as well as assisting management and HR teams in analyzing the data and turning it into actionable insights.
  • Managing relationships with HRMS vendors and consultants.
  • Staying current with HR technology trends and best practices to ensure the HRMS system remains up-to-date and effective.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, with a solid understanding of HR operations
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in HRIS implementation, system maintenance and enhancements
  • Experience with Workday and a good understanding of its concepts, capabilities and configurations is an advantage
  • Exposure in managing HRIS Team is an advantage
  • Experience supporting system implementation or upgrade projects is preferred
  • Strong ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
  • Proactive, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones to support global project needs
  • Prior experience in the Hospitality industry and Global business services will be a plus
