Job Description

What will be your task:

Project Management:

  • Work with Headquarter and lead the end-to-end implementation of the new HR system.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.

System Configuration:

  • Configure the HRIS to meet organizational needs, including setting up workflows, user roles, security settings, and data structures.
  • Customize reports, dashboards, and user interfaces as required.

Data Migration:

  • Manage the migration of data from legacy systems to the new HR system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and execute data validation and housekeeping processes.

HRIS Administration:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the HR system, ensuring it is used effectively and efficiently.

System Maintenance:

  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system upgrades. Work with HQ, IT and external vendors for technical support and troubleshooting.

Training & Support:

  • Train HR staff and employees on using the HR system. Provide ongoing support and assistance.

Compliance:

  • Ensure HRIS data and processes comply with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy standards.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and systems. Implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Project Management:

  • Lead HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other systems.

Documentation:

  • Maintain thorough documentation of HRIS processes, configurations, and changes.

Job Requirement:

  • Possess at least bachelor's Degree, Master or equivalent in Human Resource, Business or relevant studies.
  • Have at least 8 years experience in HR, leading a team is added value.
  • Have experience at least 8 years in iFlexi and Workday system.
  • Added value to candidate who have successfully implementing ERP or HR systems, managing requirements across multiple locations.
