Key Responsibilities

Consolidate & Coordinate Training Deliverable:

Assist in identifying learning initiatives with stakeholders that support various business unit, and coordinate with various stakeholder, and target audience on learning module deliverable.

Engagement And Evaluation

Support efforts to enhance training engagement and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, including gathering feedback and analysing training impact.

Administrative Support

Provide administrative assistance, such as tracking employee training logs and managing the learning management system.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Educational Background:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel ) and familiarity with learning management systems is a plus.

Communication Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members.

Passion For Learning

A genuine interest in learning and development, with a desire to make a positive impact on employee growth and organizational success.

Learning Objectives

Develop skills in evaluating training effectiveness and enhancing learner engagement.

Understand the operational aspects of managing learning initiatives within an organization.
