We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in daily operations and projects. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in HR practices, recruitment, payroll support, and employee engagement, making it a great opportunity to learn and grow in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Support in preparing HR documents such as employee handbooks, policies, and reports.
- Answer employee questions about HR related issues, policies, and procedures.
- Assist employees with HR-related issues and direct them to the appropriate resources.
- Help with attendance tracking, leave management, and claims checking.
- Participate in onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Perform end to end payroll processing. To ensure timely and accurate delivery of the related works for clients.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Available for a minimum of 3 months and open to continue as a full-time hire after internship is preferable.
- Organized, detail-oriented, fast learner and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members in a positive work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
