Responsible for identifying potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers which is part of the recruitment process
Contributing to the design and execution of training programs.
Handling employee relations issues, including but not limited to grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
Ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant employment laws and regulations, such as labour laws, immigration regulations, and health and safety guidelines.
Responsible in the creation and execution of HR policies and procedures that are in line with the organization's mission and values.
Utilizing HR-related data to identify patterns, evaluate performance, and develop strategies to improve HR processes and practices.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field with Industrial Relations experience will be added advantage
Excellent interpersonal leadership, problem-solving, communication and conflict resolution.
