Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Experience handling payroll, benefits, and compliance matters.
  • Supporting employee engagement, training, and development programs.
  • Fluent in Malay (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for staff and management interactions.
  • Target-oriented and results-driven.
  • Responsible, proactive, and organized.
  • Adaptable and quick to respond to workplace and government labor compliance
  • Able to organize and provide timely updates to the management team.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance measures.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, leave, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Support training and development programs to enhance staff skills.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and updates for management.
  • Assist management in strategic planning and organizational development.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in Human Resource management.
  • Hands-on experience in HR software/systems especially SQL or Infortech and reporting.
  • Managing employee records, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Knowledge of digital HR tools for performance tracking and communication.
