Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Perform clerical and administrative work for the Human Resources department
  • Updating, maintaining and compile employee records (file and databases)
  • Process documentation relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
  • Assist to deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves etc.)
  • Assist in hiring process including submitting job postings, scheduling candidate interviews
  • Assist to conduct on pre-boarding and onboarding programme to newly hired employees
  • Serving as a point person for all employee questions
  • Coordinate HR activities (meetings, training, surveys etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred to have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in related field or FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
