Human Resource Trainer (Fresh Graduate)

Job Title: Trainer

Location: Petaling Jaya

Type: Full-time

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team! The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to equip new associates with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new associates.

- Teach effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service strategies.

- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure associates achieve performance targets.

- Develop training materials and update programs as needed.

Requirements:

- No experience required (Fresh grad are encourage to apply)

- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (added value)

- Strong communication and coaching skills.

- Ability to inspire and motivate trainees.

- Knowledge of insurance products is a plus.
