Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth transition.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related letters, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate and support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training, and internal communications.

Requirement

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR are welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful with good organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
