Senior HR & Admin Executive
We are looking for a Senior HR & Admin Executive to support the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in supporting all operations, strengthening workforce management, and enabling the company's continued growth in a fast-paced and sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource
- Assist in internal recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Support employee relations matters and maintain HR-related documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and prepare HR-related reports such as headcount and turnover analysis.
- Manage Employment Pass (EP) and work visa processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Admin & Ops
- Support day-to-day office operations, including vendor coordination, office supplies, workplace administration, and general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Prepare company-related letters, documentation, and administrative paperwork as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation, for directors and colleagues across offices.
- Ensure smooth coordination and communication across departments to support operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and improve existing processes.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage the full HR spectrum independently in a fast-paced environment.
