About Us

MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

Program Overview

As a Graduate Management Trainee (HR), you will embark on a structured development journey designed to provide comprehensive exposure across key Human Resources functions, including:

  • Talent Management & Organizational Development
  • People Analytics & Workforce Planning

You will work closely with senior leaders and HR professionals on strategic initiatives while gaining practical experience supporting a fast-growing fintech organization. Rotational programs, leadership exposure, mentorship, and cross-functional projects are common success factors in leading graduate trainee programs.

Key Responsibilities

1.Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and business functions.
  • Participate in campus recruitment, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate experience management.
  • Contribute to talent market mapping and recruitment analytics.

2.HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation processes.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
  • Assist with HR policy administration and compliance requirements.
  • Support process improvement and HR digitalization initiatives.

3.Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Organize employee engagement programs, town halls, and company events.
  • Support diversity, inclusion, wellness, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Gather employee feedback and assist in engagement surveys.

4.Learning & Development

  • Coordinate training programs and leadership development initiatives.
  • Support learning needs analysis and training effectiveness evaluations.
  • Assist in maintaining learning platforms and development records.

5.HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs.
  • Support organizational planning and workforce initiatives.
  • Assist in employee relations and performance management activities.

People Analytics & Strategic Projects

  • Analyze workforce metrics and HR data to generate insights.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and management reports.
  • Participate in strategic HR transformation projects and process optimization initiatives.
  • Support AI and HR technology adoption projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related disciplines.
  • Recent graduate
