Human Resources Assistant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant, based in Port Dickson. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations, maintaining HR records, assisting in benefits administration, managing HR-related systems, and coordinating training initiatives. This role will also include providing administrative support to HR management and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) processes and knowledge of HR Management practices
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
• Proficiency in organizing and coordinating Training programs
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem-solving capabilities and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant office software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
