Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Assistant role based in Kuchai Lama. The Human Resources Assistant supports daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and updating HR databases and HRIS systems. The role includes assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding new employees, coordinating training sessions, and supporting benefits administration and leave management. The Human Resources Assistant also helps respond to employee inquiries, supports HR-related reporting, and ensures HR processes comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Collaboration with managers and team members to facilitate smooth HR workflows and contribute to a positive workplace culture is an essential part of this role.
