Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting the HR department, with a strong emphasis on recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and recruitment strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping build a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and create tailored job descriptions.
  3. Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, career fairs, etc.) to attract qualified sales candidates.
  4. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation coordination.
  5. Assist with general HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records and preparing HR reports.
  6. Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes and employer branding.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  2. Strong interest in human resources, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers professionally.
  4. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.
  6. Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
