Job Summary:
The HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting the HR department, with a strong emphasis on recruitment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and create tailored job descriptions.
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, career fairs, etc.) to attract qualified sales candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation coordination.
- Assist with general HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records and preparing HR reports.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes and employer branding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong interest in human resources, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers professionally.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
