Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading multinational organisation to appoint a HR Business Partner on a 6‑month contract basis. Based in Singapore, this role supports a dynamic, fast-paced environment and works closely with regional stakeholders to drive people strategies aligned with evolving commercial priorities.
Reporting into the HR leadership team, you will be a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution across the full employee lifecycle. You will partner closely with stakeholders across multiple markets to deliver impactful people solutions, including organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement. With a strong commercial lens, you will translate business objectives into pragmatic HR strategies, ensuring people initiatives are directly aligned to revenue, growth and operational performance outcomes.
A key focus of this role is the ability to operate effectively across a regional remit, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of diverse market dynamics, cultural considerations and regulatory environments. You will bring insight into how different markets operate and use this to influence decision-making, driving consistency while adapting to local business needs.
In addition, you will also manage complex employee relations matters with confidence, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes while mitigating risk. Working within a matrixed organisation, you will collaborate with centres of excellence across talent acquisition, learning and development and rewards to deliver integrated and scalable HR solutions.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record with 8 to 10 years of HR experience, ideally within high-growth environments. You will be commercially astute, regionally savvy, and adept at navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving setup. Strong stakeholder management, influencing capability and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset are essential.
