We're seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join their team and drive both strategic alignment and operational efficiency across the organization. This role blends high-level HR strategy with hands-on HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of people initiatives that support business goals, employee engagement, and compliance.
Your day to day will include
Strategic Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across teams
HR Operations
- Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of HR transactions (e.g., promotions, transfers, contract changes)
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and support system upgrades or transitions
- Collaborate with payroll and finance to ensure alignment on compensation and benefits administration
- Monitor compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements
Employee Relations & Development
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
- Provide coaching to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and career development
- Identify training needs and support implementation of learning programs
- Facilitate engagement surveys and action planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or HR operations role
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems, and operational workflows
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
