The HR Business Partner (Junior) is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions for the retail business, serving as a key liaison between leadership, HR, and retail teams. Key responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, payroll management, employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws. The role also encompasses HR reporting and analysis, budget preparation, talent development, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will provide coaching, support HR transformation projects, and address employee relations matters across the retail organisation.
