This role plays a critical part in translating business strategy into impactful people strategies, shaping a high-performance and engaged workforce.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Corporate leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor, providing timely, practical, and forward-looking HR counsel.
- Lead talent discussions covering workforce planning, succession, talent movement, and capability gaps.
- Support organizational design, role creation, and restructuring aligned with business needs.
- Enable leaders on performance management, KPI alignment, and calibration processes.
- Advise and support managers on hiring, interviewing, and assessing culture and leadership fit.
- Guide leaders through employee relations matters, including performance and disciplinary cases.
- Drive adoption of HR policies, programs, and change initiatives.
- Promote a strong performance culture, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and best HR practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
- HR professional certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of HRBP or similar experience, preferably in complex, multi-layered organisations.
- Proven experience partnering senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
- Experience supporting Corporate functions; Sales HRBP exposure is a strong plus.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
- Track record of developing leaders and building organisational capability.
