We are looking for a strategic and business-savvy HR Business Partner to support our Corporate functions, with exposure to Sales HRBP experience being a strong advantage. This role plays a critical part in translating business strategy into impactful people strategies, shaping a high-performance and engaged workforce.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Corporate leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor, providing timely, practical, and forward-looking HR counsel.
  • Lead talent discussions covering workforce planning, succession, talent movement, and capability gaps.
  • Support organizational design, role creation, and restructuring aligned with business needs.
  • Enable leaders on performance management, KPI alignment, and calibration processes.
  • Advise and support managers on hiring, interviewing, and assessing culture and leadership fit.
  • Guide leaders through employee relations matters, including performance and disciplinary cases.
  • Drive adoption of HR policies, programs, and change initiatives.
  • Promote a strong performance culture, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and best HR practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • HR professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years of HRBP or similar experience, preferably in complex, multi-layered organisations.
  • Proven experience partnering senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
  • Experience supporting Corporate functions; Sales HRBP exposure is a strong plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Track record of developing leaders and building organisational capability.
