Job Summary
Involve in full cycle of recruitment and performance management, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates which include sourcing candidates thru online / referral, posting job ads and conducting background checks. Ultimately, play an important part in building a strong employer brand for the company to ensure attraction, hire and retain the qualified employees.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategies and challenges, translating them into HR priorities and initiatives that support overall business goals. (supporting Operations (excluding Branch Operations) and Investment, covering approximately 201 headcount in HLA).
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent requirements for specialized insurance roles, support effective recruitment processes, and develop strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining high-potential talent within the competitive insurance landscape.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and regulation.
- Performance Management: Drive a high-performance culture by supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, BIP cycle, and development plans.
- Talent Identification & Succession Planning: Manage robust succession planning processes for business supported to identify high potential employees, develop future leaders, and ensure business continuity.
- Data & Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose data-driven solutions to improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes.
- HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure consistent application and compliance of HR policies, procedures, and programs, and stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Human Resource Management, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Familiar with Recruitment and Performance Management processes which includes Applicants Tracking and resume database.
- Experience in sourcing techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
