The Successful Applicant
A Successful Human Resources Business Partner Should Have
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of HRBP experience with strong background in service-oriented industries (e.g., healthcare, education, professional services).
- Proven track record in strategic HR leadership within complex organizations.
- Knowledge of talent management, employee relations, and Malaysian employment law.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
