Job Description

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Provide strategic HR advice and develop actionable HR plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and transformation through design, role deployment, and ways of working.

Talent & Performance Management

  • Monitor talent performance, including engagement, retention, turnover, and hiring vs budget.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes.
  • Support leadership in building talent pipelines and implementing development strategies.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and follow-up action plans.
  • Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and ownership across the region.

Talent Solutions & Collaboration


  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to deliver HR programs and talent solutions.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with regional and global HR frameworks and policies.

Commercial Partnership

  • Work closely with commercial leaders to understand revenue drivers, margin pressures, sales cycles, and incentive structures.
  • Support the design and implementation of fit-for-purpose commission plans, performance management, and talent strategies.
  • Provide workforce planning, capability building, and succession support for key revenue-generating roles.
  • Use people data (attrition, productivity, time-to-hire) to anticipate risks and enable informed business decisions.

The Successful Applicant


A Successful Regional HRBP Should Have

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in human resources practices within the business services industry.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a regional capacity.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of HRBP experience, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • Strong exposure to commercial or sales-driven organisations.
  • Experience in talent management, performance management, and organisational design.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive HR initiatives end-to-end.
