Job Description
Strategic HR Partnership
- Provide strategic HR advice and develop actionable HR plans aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and transformation through design, role deployment, and ways of working.
Talent & Performance Management
- Monitor talent performance, including engagement, retention, turnover, and hiring vs budget.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Support leadership in building talent pipelines and implementing development strategies.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and follow-up action plans.
- Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and ownership across the region.
Talent Solutions &
Collaboration
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to deliver HR programs and talent solutions.
- Ensure consistency and compliance with regional and global HR frameworks and policies.
Commercial Partnership
- Work closely with commercial leaders to understand revenue drivers, margin pressures, sales cycles, and incentive structures.
- Support the design and implementation of fit-for-purpose commission plans, performance management, and talent strategies.
- Provide workforce planning, capability building, and succession support for key revenue-generating roles.
- Use people data (attrition, productivity, time-to-hire) to anticipate risks and enable informed business decisions.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Regional HRBP Should Have
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in human resources practices within the business services industry.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a regional capacity.
- Minimum 5-8 years of HRBP experience, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
- Strong exposure to commercial or sales-driven organisations.
- Experience in talent management, performance management, and organisational design.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive HR initiatives end-to-end.
