We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to join our growing team. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll operations, and HR initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
- Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and offer processes
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation
- Monitor probation reviews and employee confirmation processes
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Partner with department heads to support HR and business needs
- Conduct employee engagement check-ins and exit interviews
- Support performance management and retention initiatives
- Organize employee engagement and team-building activities
Payroll & Compliance
- Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.)
- Liaise with government agencies and resolve payroll-related matters
- Maintain compliance with Malaysian labor laws and HR policies
Learning, Culture & HR Projects
- Support corporate culture and employee development initiatives
- Coordinate training and learning programs
- Participate in talent reviews, workforce planning, and HR projects
- Maintain and update job descriptions and HR documentation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR working experience
- Preferably candidates with HR Generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Experience in payroll and statutory compliance
- Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
