Job Description

Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic liaison between HR and the business, fostering a deep understanding of business strategies and challenges within the assigned Project Site or Functional Department. The HRBP collaborates with management and the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Advisory & Support: Coach and guide managers on performance, conduct, and employee-related matters.
  2. Workforce Planning: Ensure teams are staffed effectively and resources are optimally deployed.
  3. Talent Development: Collaborate with Recruitment and Learning teams to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  4. Employee Engagement & Culture: Lead initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee motivation.
  5. HR Process Implementation: Roll out company-wide HR programs, including performance reviews, benefits, and policy changes.
  6. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
  7. Data-Driven Strategy & Change Management: Use HR metrics to inform decisions and support teams through organizational changes.
  8. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to employment laws, HR policies, and workplace safety standards.

Value Add of the Role:

  • Drive business adoption of HR policies and programs through influence and collaboration with leaders.
  • Support managers in attracting, developing, and retaining key talent for long-term business growth.
  • Improve consistency and efficiency of HR processes across sites and departments, adding strategic impact beyond day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR; relevant HRBP experience is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiar with employment regulations and HR best practices.
