1. Full Employee Life Cycle Support
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfer, renewal, and offboarding.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of employee records and HR systems.
- Supervise and review daily HR operations handled by the team member.
- Implement HR strategies, policies, system and process by working closely with BU heads, and assisting line managers to understand all policies and procedure
2. Organization Manpower and Recruitment Management
- Coordinate with vertical group function to manage annual headcounts, and timely changes.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
- Guide team member on resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Monitor recruitment progress and quality.
- Ensure the manpower requirement of the supported business fully met.
3. Compensation and Payroll Supervision
- Review attendance, leave, overtime, and employee changes for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with Finance and Regional Compensation and Benefit team to ensure timely and accurate salary payment.
- Supervise the monthly social insurance and individual income tax filing and payment, and make sure the timely and accurate annual IIT reconciliation and settlement.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and sensitive cases
4. Employee Relations and Compliance
- Monitor Flash Box inquiries and dashboard to ensure employees voice and requests heard and solved.
- Provide HR guidance for disciplinary action and advice line manager regarding HRM functions, HR issues and labor relations in line with company policies and best practice.
- Support handling of employee relations cases, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
5. Team Management
- Effectively plan and manage budgets of team.
- Lead and develop one HR team member through daily guidance and feedback.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure quality HR service delivery.
6. Drive and support HR initiatives and global project to support business needs and build a sustainable workplace.
7. Create and implement culture of engaged employees by fostering open communication between business leaders and employees.
