Job Description

  1. Develop, implement and oversee workplace training and assessment initiatives aligned with organisational needs and regulatory requirements
  2. Administer employee performance management systems and conduct regular performance appraisals
  3. Design and deliver training programmes that enhance employee skills, competencies and professional development
  4. Assess training effectiveness and adjust programmes to ensure continuous improvement and measurable outcomes
  5. Maintain accurate HR records, documentation and employee files in compliance with data protection legislation
  6. Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management on policies, procedures and workplace matters
  7. Contribute to workforce planning and succession planning initiatives
  8. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, health and safety regulations, and organisational policies
  9. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop customised assessment strategies
