Adecco's client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR operations, payroll coordination and office administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processes, HR administration and statutory compliance, with the ability to support day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, employee movements and offboarding.
- Coordinate and administer the end-to-end payroll process with the outsourced payroll provider, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, including statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB).
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave administration, medical claims and employee benefits.
- Support performance management, probation reviews, employee training and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act, statutory requirements and internal HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration, including facilities management, office maintenance, company assets, licences, insurance and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate business travel, company events and general administrative support for the office.
- Maintain company documentation, SOPs and statutory records while supporting audit, compliance and corporate governance activities.
- Liaise with regional stakeholders on HR, administrative and IT-related matters, including employee onboarding/offboarding and system access coordination.
- Prepare HR and administration reports, identify process improvement opportunities and support business initiatives as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a HR & Administration role, with exposure to the full spectrum of HR operations.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the full payroll process, including payroll administration and statutory compliance.
- Experience using AutoCount will be highly advantageous.
- Good understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and employment-related statutory requirements.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia
