Job Description

Qualifications & Skills

  • Candidate should have between 25 years of proven experience in Human Resource administration or a related role
  • Proficiency in payroll software (cloud-based or standalone) would be an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of labour legislation
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for numerical accuracy
  • Ability to speak & write in Mandarin for reporting purpose
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resource Management or any other relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll accurately, manage records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Handle HR related inquiries and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Stay updated on Malaysian HR and employment legislation.
  • Collaborate with managers and departments to meet staffing and HR needs.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
  • Assist HR Manager in driving HR initiatives and engagements
