Job Description:
- Responsible for daily HR operations, including onboarding/offboarding, attendance, employee records, and general employee support, ensuring all HR documentation is organized and up to date.
- Manages end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordinating with hiring managers, while maintaining recruitment progress and a positive candidate experience.
- Handles basic finance admin tasks such as reimbursements, invoices, payment documents, and expense tracking, ensuring accurate records and timely coordination with the finance team.
- Oversees daily office administration, including office supplies, vendor coordination, and office arrangements, ensuring smooth operations and a well-maintained working environment
Experience & Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in general Human Resources function, simple finance knowledge support added advantage.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace)
- Able to speak read and write in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
