Main Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible and accountable for the full spectrum of HR including selection and recruitment, interview arrangement, manpower planning and training, job offer and acceptance, orientation, update employees record, confirmation and other HR-related matters.

Monitoring & managing Company monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities.

Handle HR related duties for local and foreign staff.

Perform other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma/bachelor&aposs degree in HRM, Psychology or a related field.
• At least 2 years experience in HR or related field.
• Prior experience in HR Generalist is a plus.
• Communicate effectively with the team both written and verbal.
• Willing to work in Klang (Nearby Setia Alam)
