Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to handle payroll processing, attendance management, employee records, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will focus on accurate payroll, statutory compliance, and supporting employees with HR-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements.
- Maintain and update attendance, leave records, and employee data accurately.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and labor laws.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for payroll compliance and audits.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies in a timely manner.
- Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities from payroll and records perspective.
- Prepare HR reports related to payroll, attendance, and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee and payroll information.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in payroll handling and HR administration.
- Familiarity with payroll software and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
