Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to handle payroll processing, attendance management, employee records, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will focus on accurate payroll, statutory compliance, and supporting employees with HR-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements.
  • Maintain and update attendance, leave records, and employee data accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and labor laws.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for payroll compliance and audits.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities from payroll and records perspective.
  • Prepare HR reports related to payroll, attendance, and compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee and payroll information.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in payroll handling and HR administration.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
