Responsibilities:
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensure timely submissionof mandatory statutory contributions to relevant government authorities, and preparation of related reports.
- Assist in the recruitment process by handling tasks such asjob postings,resume screening,interview coordination, and conductingreference checks.
- Monitor stafftime attendanceand maintain accurate leave records.
- Responsible for the administration of HR processes and system that are related to compensations and benefits such as performance appraisals, medical insurance and salary structure.
- Responsible for the maintenance of employee records and personal files.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- To follow and fulfil MDA( Medical Device Authority ) & GDPMD requirement.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in both oral and written English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, with an independent and responsible personality and the right attitude.
