About the Role
The Learning and Development (L&D) Executive is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. The L&D Executive also monitors training effectiveness, manages learning platforms, and supports career development initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer learning and development programs across stores and support functions.
- Manage training schedules, participant nominations, attendance records, and training documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new colleagues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and trainers to ensure smooth training execution.
- Monitor training completion and maintain learning records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Prepare training reports and analyze training data to support development initiatives.
- Assist in employee engagement and talent development activities.
- Coordinate logistics for classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning effectiveness and colleague development.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or related areas.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Learning & Development are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and passion for people development.
