Job Description

About the Role

The Learning and Development (L&D) Executive is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. The L&D Executive also monitors training effectiveness, manages learning platforms, and supports career development initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer learning and development programs across stores and support functions.
  • Manage training schedules, participant nominations, attendance records, and training documentation.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new colleagues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and trainers to ensure smooth training execution.
  • Monitor training completion and maintain learning records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Prepare training reports and analyze training data to support development initiatives.
  • Assist in employee engagement and talent development activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning effectiveness and colleague development.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or related areas.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Learning & Development are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and passion for people development.
