Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support payroll administration, employee relations, and statutory compliance. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll for all employees, including overtime, allowances, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee data in HRIS/payroll systems.
• Prepare payroll reports and support audits as needed.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, payslips, and statutory contributions.
• Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for payroll-related matters.
• Assist in year-end reporting and submission of tax forms (e.g., EA forms).
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and payroll regulations.

Academic or trade qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resource/ Business/ Management or equivalent.

Work experience and skills

• Degree in Human Resources and/or Business Management.
• Fresh graduate or minimum with 1 year hands-on experience in a wide spectrum of human resources functions including payroll administration .
• Must be well-versed with Malaysian Labor Laws.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, independent and detailed-oriented.
