Job Description

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles within the assigned project. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and driving the recruitment process to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top technical talent within the country.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through direct sourcing and networking.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate offers and negotiations, working closely with HR and hiring managers to secure top talent.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively source and recruit technical talent.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform ad-hoc daily operation tasks that assigned by reporting manager.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree's holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within multi-location setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical roles, including software engineers or any IT professionals.
  • Strong understanding of technical job requirements and the ability to assess technical skills effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • English proficiency and complete fluency in Mandarin are required as the stakeholders may speak Mandarin in their daily work.
  • With own transport (will need to travel to Shah Alam & KL Sentral depends on project requirements)
