Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for a Human Resources Executive - Recruitment. The role involves overseeing and executing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. The individual will manage recruitment activities, collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs, and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations. The role also includes participating in employee onboarding and maintaining strong employee relations.

Job Responsibilities
- Determines future personnel needs together with the line Managers for both Cash & MSS Division.
- Participates in the recruitments process, discussing staff needs with line managers, screening applications and conducting interviews.
- Defines and implements recruitment programs to meet needs.
- Plan the placing of internal and external ads to find candidates.
- Interview potential candidates and coordinates with line management concerning the fit with the job.
- Organize and supervises administrative task related to recruitment, ensuring all relevant information for new employees is recorded.
- Participates in job fairs and career fairs to attract more candidates.
- Work closely with the branch Managers for Western, Eastern and Southern Regions to ensure their vacancies gap being fulfil within the time frame given.
- Conducts routine administration tasks, providing advice to managers on Human Resource Functions for respective branches.
- Supervises on the preparation of supporting paperwork and subsequent filling.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Able to work as well as teams activities, document in a concise manner.
- Able to present solution in written and oral reports.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Possess an excellent spoken and written English with high initiatives and positive attitude.
- Pleasant attitude and personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Basic knowledge in Malaysia Labour & Industrial Law prevailing HR practices and Legislation.
