To execute HR strategies and initiative that enable Company to attract, support, retain and develop the diverse talent needed to achieve and sustain the company vision, mission, and objectives.
To execute in formulating HR procedures and policies for the efficient of HR services.
To oversee the HR functions (IRER, C&B, Payroll, Operations, HRIS) and foster a harmonious working environment in the workplace.
Process employees expenses claim and leave application.
Monitor employees attendance.
Provide support and guidance to employees on HR matters.
Develop, maintain and enhance reports using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other relevant tools, ensuring they are accurate, user-friendly, and meet business requirements.
Validate incoming data for completeness and accuracy, highlighting any discrepancies, and perform data cleaning, deduplication, and formatting to ensure datasets are ready for accurate and consistent reporting
Maintain proper documentation of reporting processes and data rules
